MTCP Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
To be considered, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a citizen of an MTCP-eligible developing country
- Not be older than 45 years of age at the time of application
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.50 (on a 4.0 scale)
- Have secured admission or a conditional offer to a Malaysian university before applying
- Provide proof of English language proficiency (if applicable), unless the previous degree was conducted entirely in English
