Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for the Malta Endeavour Scholarship 2025/26, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must not already hold a qualification at the same MQF level for which they are applying.
- Should be planning to commence their postgraduate studies between 15 May 2025 and 30 April 2026.
- Both fresh graduates and adult learners are encouraged to apply.

Note: If you currently hold a Master’s degree, you are eligible to apply for a PhD under this scheme. However, you cannot apply for another Master’s program or any qualification below your current level.
