The Turkish Language and Culture Program 2025, organized by Katip Çelebi and the Government of Türkiye, is now accepting applications from candidates worldwide. This fully funded cultural exchange program offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in Turkish language, history and traditions while experiencing life in Ankara the heart of Türkiye.
Running from November 2025 to July 2026, this 8-month program is designed to promote cultural understanding, strengthen international relations and provide participants with valuable academic, linguistic and professional development skills. There is no application fee and all expenses, including airfare, accommodation, stipend and training, are covered.

Eligibility Criteria
The program is open to candidates worldwide, with specific requirements for different applicant categories:
For Public Officials:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a relevant institution
- Master’s or PhD degree preferred
For Academicians & Researchers:
- Must be employed at a university or research center
- Master’s or PhD degree preferred
- Under the age of 40
General Requirements for All Applicants:
- Good command of English
- Must not be currently residing in Türkiye
- Must not have previously benefited from or be receiving another Türkiye Scholarships program
