Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a non-Taiwanese international student
- Mentally and physically healthy
- Not receiving any other scholarship simultaneously
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree for Master’s applicants
- Hold a Master’s degree for Ph.D. applicants
- No IELTS required if previous education was in English
